हाँ, भारत में किसी व्यक्ति को उसकी सहमति के बिना अपने घर में कैद करना एक अपराध हो सकता है। यह भारतीय दंड संहिता के तहत एक अपराध है जो कि किसी व्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का उल्लंघन होता है। भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 342 में, अपराध की परिभाषा में, अनुचित रूप से किसी व्यक्ति को बंधक बनाने का उल्लंघन शामिल होता है। इस धारा के तहत, यदि कोई व्यक्ति किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति को उसकी सहमति के बिना बंधक बनाता है, तो उन्हें अपराध के तहत दंडित किया जा सकता है। इसलिए, भारत में किसी व्यक्ति को उसकी सहमति के बिना अपने घर में कैद करना कानूनी रूप से अनुचित है और यह एक अपराध हो सकता है।
