For offline submission, visit the RERA office and submit the complaint along with the required documents. Provide supporting documents: It is important to provide supporting documents such as the agreement between the buyer and the promoter, payment receipts, and any other relevant documents to substantiate the complaint. Payment of fees: A nominal fee may be required to be paid for filing a complaint with RERA. Complaint review: Once the complaint is submitted, the RERA authority will review the complaint and investigate the matter. RERA order: Based on the investigation, RERA may issue an order directing the promoter to rectify the violations and compensate the affected parties.
