If you have filed a legal notice against Amazon India and they have not responded within the specified timeframe, you may consider taking further legal action. Here are a few steps you can take: Consult with a lawyer: It's advisable to seek legal counsel to understand your rights and options based on the specific details of your case. A lawyer can guide you through the legal process and provide appropriate advice. Follow up with a reminder: Send a formal reminder to Amazon India, stating that they have not responded to your legal notice within the given timeframe. Clearly mention the consequences or further legal action you may take if they fail to respond. Initiate legal proceedings: If Amazon India still does not respond or resolve the matter satisfactorily, you can consider initiating legal proceedings against them. Your lawyer can help you draft and file the necessary legal documents, such as a complaint or a lawsuit, in the appropriate court. Gather evidence: Collect and organize all relevant evidence related to your case. This may include documents, correspondence, receipts, contracts, or any other evidence that supports your claims against Amazon India. Attend court hearings: If your case proceeds to court, attend all scheduled hearings and provide necessary information and evidence as required. Your lawyer will represent you and present your case before the court. Remember, the legal process can be complex, and the specific steps to take may vary depending on the nature of your case and the applicable laws. It is essential to consult with a lawyer to ensure that you follow the appropriate legal procedures and protect your rights effectively.

since you notice is un attended and time barred you should move to court now. draft a petition carefully briefing the issue correctly and affix screen shot email as proof, support this with affidavit and file as per jurisdiction. hope this answers your question

If a legal notice has been duly served on Amazon India and no reply has been received within the stipulated period, the next appropriate step is to initiate legal proceedings. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, issuance of a legal notice is not mandatory, and non-response strengthens the inference of deficiency in service or unfair trade practice. You may now file a consumer complaint before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction. The complaint should clearly mention the facts of the case, the grievance, the relief sought, and the fact that a legal notice was sent but remained unanswered. Attach proof of service of notice (email screenshot/postal receipt), relevant invoices, correspondence, and an affidavit in support. The absence of a reply does not bar your claim; rather, it allows you to seek relief directly from the Consumer Forum in accordance with law. I hope it helps.
