Land demarcation is commonly required in situations such as property disputes between neighbors, purchase or sale of land, construction activities, fencing of land, agricultural boundary clarification, or when government authorities need to verify land limits for any official purpose. It is also important before starting development to ensure that construction does not extend into another person’s property or government land.
