Cyber Police Stations have jurisdiction over offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), the Information Technology Act, 2000 (where applicable), and other relevant laws. A person can file a complaint: At the nearest Cyber Police Station. At any police station, which can register a Zero FIR where appropriate and transfer the case to the competent police station.
