वसीयत कैसे कराया जाता है?

वसीयत या विल एक व्यक्ति की इच्छानुसार उसकी संपत्ति और संपत्ति के वित्तीय संस्थानों को संबंधित व्यक्तियों के बीच वितरित करने का एक विधिवत विधान है। वसीयत करने के लिए निम्नलिखित कदम अनुसार चला जाता है: समझौता की प्रक्रिया: व्यक्ति को सबसे पहले यह तय करना होता है कि वह वसीयत करना चाहता है या नहीं। वह इसके लिए वसीयत करने वाले वकील से सलाह ले सकता है। वसीयत का तैयारी: वसीयत के लिए एक लेखा तैयार किया जाता है, जिसमें व्यक्ति निर्धारित करता है कि उसकी संपत्ति कैसे वितरित की जाएगी और किन-किन व्यक्तियों को कितना हिस्सा मिलेगा। इसमें वसीयत करने वाले व्यक्ति के नाम, पता, संपत्ति का विवरण, और अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी शामिल होती है। शापिंग और प्रमाणीकरण: एक बार लेखा तैयार किया जाने के बाद, वसीयत करने वाले व्यक्ति अपनी विल को साक्षात्कार करने के लिए नोटरी पब्लिक के सामने प्रस्तुत करता है। वसीयत विवरणों की पुष्टि के बाद, नोटरी पब्लिक द्वारा यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है। वसीयत की रखवाली: वसीयत के रूप में तैयारी के बाद, वसीयत करने वाले व्यक्ति को अपनी वसीयत को एक सुरक्षित स्थान पर रखना चाहिए। इसे एक विश्वसनीय व्यक्ति या संस्था को सौंपा जा सकता है, जो कि वसीयत के अनुरूप वितरण की जिम्मेदारी संभालेगा। यदि किसी को वसीयत करने के बारे में अधिक जानकारी चाहिए हो, तो उन्हें अपने क्षेत्र के नोटरी पब्लिक से परामर्श लेना चाहिए। वसीयत की प्रक्रिया नियमों और विधानों के अनुसार की जानी चाहिए।
