Preserve the Defective Product:

Do not alter or dispose of the defective product. Keeping it in its original state is essential as it serves as evidence of the defect and failure.

Document the Incident:

Take photographs or videos of the product, injuries, and any other damage caused. Detailed visual evidence is often critical when proving the case in court or during insurance claims.

Collect Proof of Purchase:
