Dear Client, If you now buy a property through the sub-registrar’s office, you need not apply for a separate mutation certificate as the registration office automatically sends your details to the concerned system. This shall then be put up in the notice board, and on no objection within 30 days, the name shall be uploaded in the mutation certificate. If you receive the property through will, gift, or succession, you must register it through bhoomi portal or the Bangalore One Centre. This shall be followed by the submission of documents and shall be completed by paying a fee of 35 to 50 rupees. This shall be followed by a local officer who shall verify the documents and the plot of land. The status of the same can also be checked through the above mentioned bhoomi portal.
