नहीं, कोई भी पुलिस अधिकारी किसी व्यक्ति को गाली नहीं दे सकता है। भारतीय संविधान में नागरिकों को सम्मान देने और उनकी अधिकारों की रक्षा करने का दायित्व दिया गया है। साथ ही साथ, भारतीय दंड संहिता में भी अपमानजनक शब्दों का उपयोग करने का प्रतिबंध है और इसे जुर्माना के रूप में सजा दी जा सकती है। इसलिए, कोई भी पुलिस अधिकारी किसी व्यक्ति को गाली नहीं दे सकता है। यदि किसी ने ऐसा किया है तो उस पुलिस अधिकारी के खिलाफ शिकायत की जा सकती है और उसे कानूनी संज्ञान में लिया जाएगा।
