Yes, if any jailer is not giving GST bill then legal action can be taken. The jailer has an obligation to pay the GST bill and if he does not fulfill this legal obligation, he may face legal action. You can file a petition in the district court against the jailer and demand your rights. Also, you can file a complaint against the jail authorities and if there is evidence against them then they can face strict legal action.
