हाँ, महिला अपने पति से बंटवारा ले सकती है। भारत में धारा 13, 14 और 27 विवाह अधिनियम, 1955 द्वारा इस संबंध में कानूनी व्यवस्था है। इन विधियों के अनुसार, महिला अपने पति से तलाक या अलगाव की मांग कर सकती है जब उनके पति ने किसी भी रूप से उनके साथ अत्याचार किया हो या उनके विरुद्ध किसी भी तरह का अपराध किया हो। इसके अलावा, विवाहित महिलाओं को न्यायालयों द्वारा निर्धारित कुछ अन्य कारणों से भी तलाक या अलगाव मिल सकता है, जैसे कि विवाह की न तो होने योग्य अवस्था, बहुतायती व्यवहार करना, अत्यधिक मदद नहीं करना या विवाह के अन्य उपयोगी कारणों में से कोई एक।
