Here's what needs to happen: a project gets registered, the people running the project give some info, and the actual building has to stick to the original plans. 2. Signing up Projects and Agents: If there's a new project, the people running it and any real estate agents working on it have to register with State RERA. This rule means that a project can't start selling properties until this step is completed, which helps keep things open and fair. 3. Looking out for Buyers: State RERA is also there to protect people buying homes, and they're good at it too.
