Non-redressal of grievances: A consumer can file a complaint if the seller has not addressed their complaint or resolved the issue despite several attempts. Medical negligence: A consumer can file a complaint against a medical professional or a hospital for medical negligence or deficiency in service. Product liability: A consumer can file a complaint against a manufacturer or a seller for damages caused due to defective products. It is important to note that the complaint must be filed within the applicable time limit and must be accompanied by the relevant documents and evidence to support the complaint. The consumer court will hear the complaint and may provide compensation or other relief to the consumer if it finds that there has been a deficiency in the goods or services provided.
