नहीं, भारत में कोर्ट मैरिज के लिए पासपोर्ट की आवश्यकता नहीं है। कोर्ट मैरिज विशेष विवाह अधिनियम, 1954 के तहत होती है और इसके लिए आवश्यक मुख्य दस्तावेज पहचान, आयु और वैवाहिक स्थिति के प्रमाण हैं। कोर्ट मैरिज के लिए सामान्यतः आवश्यक दस्तावेज: 1. आयु प्रमाण: जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, स्कूल प्रमाण पत्र, या जन्म तिथि दर्शाने वाला कोई भी सरकारी दस्तावेज। 2. पते/पहचान का प्रमाण: मतदाता पहचान पत्र, आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड या राशन कार्ड। पासपोर्ट का उपयोग पहचान या पते के प्रमाण के रूप में किया जा सकता है, लेकिन यह अनिवार्य नहीं है। अन्य वैध सरकारी पहचान पत्र पर्याप्त हैं। 3. फोटो: दोनों पक्षों की हाल ही की पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीरें। 4. वैवाहिक स्थिति प्रमाण: पहले विवाहित लोगों के लिए: पति/पत्नी का तलाक का आदेश या मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र। पहली बार विवाह करने वालों के लिए: दोनों पक्षों के अविवाहित होने की स्व-घोषणा। 5. गवाह: विवाह के समय तीन गवाहों की आवश्यकता होती है। उनकी पहचान और पते का भी सत्यापन किया जाता है। सारांश: हालाँकि पासपोर्ट पहचान या पते का एक स्वीकार्य प्रमाण है, यह कोर्ट मैरिज के लिए अनिवार्य दस्तावेज़ नहीं है। आप आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी या पैन कार्ड जैसी अन्य सरकारी पहचान पत्रों से विवाह संपन्न कर सकते हैं।
