संसद द्वारा किसी भी पारित कानून को सुप्रीम कोर्ट रद्द कर सकती है?

नहीं, संसद किसी भी पारित कानून को सुप्रीम कोर्ट रद्द नहीं कर सकती है। संविधान के अनुच्छेद 13 के अनुसार, संसद केवल संविधान को बदलने या संविधान में संशोधन करने के लिए उत्तरदायी है। संसद के पास केवल नए कानूनों का पारित करने का अधिकार है और इसके बाद संविधान के अनुच्छेद 13 के अनुसार यदि कोई कानून संविधान के विरुद्ध होता है तो उसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा रद्द किया जा सकता है। इसलिए, संसद के अलावा किसी भी संस्था या व्यक्ति को किसी पारित कानून को रद्द करने का अधिकार नहीं है। संविधान द्वारा स्थापित संस्थाओं जैसे कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाई कोर्टों के पास केवल विशेष विधि और न्याय अधिकार होते हैं जो कि उन्हें किसी कानून को रद्द करने का अधिकार देते हैं।
